We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as our primary delivery service, below is an indicative guide to our postage & packing charges, however please note this information is subject to change should Royal Mail charges &/or geographic bands change:

* Please note Parcels to destinations outside the United Kingdom are sent by Royal Mail International Standard, if you would like your parcel sent with Tracking details please contact us before placing your order. 

Please note that The Black Dog Company is not responsible for any custom charges, import charges, taxes, fees or other amounts levied by overseas authorities on orders for delivery to destinations outside of the United Kingdom, any such charges shall be the responsibility of the customer. If you have any doubts, please check the import restrictions and fees for your country before ordering - this is especially important for orders for delivery to Europe following the United Kingdom's exit from the European Union.
