Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

• Gift vouchers can be redeemed either in person at shows & events where we have a stall, or at our website (www.theblackdogcompany.co.uk) by entering the unique code from your voucher into the Discount Code box at the Check Out page
• Gift vouchers are valid until the date stated on the voucher and cannot be redeemed after they have expired
• Gift vouchers redeemed online can only be used in a single transaction, any unused value is forefeited
• Unfortunately gift vouchers cannot be used against postage & packing charges for online orders these will need to be paid via an alternative payment method
• Only one gift voucher may be redeemed per online transaction, however if you have multiple gift vouchers and wish to use them in one please contact us before completing your purchase and we may be able to assist
• Gift vouchers have no cash value, are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash
• The Black Dog Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and to decline, at its sole discretion, any orders which it believes are attempting to fraudulently misuse gift vouchers &/or discount codes
